タケノコ狩り Digging up bamboo shoots
先日知人宅の竹藪で、タケノコを採らせていただいた。
家族3人で出かけ、しこたま収穫した。
家に帰ってから、さっそく米ぬかを入れた湯でぐらぐらと煮てあくぬき。
その日の夜は、タケノコご飯、タケノコの味噌汁、タケノコの煮物とタケノコづくしであった。
採れたての旬のものは美味しい！
広大な竹藪を所有する友人に感謝！
We dug up bamboo shoots at a bamboo grove owned by one of our friends.
Three person of my family went there , and harvested so many bamboo shoots.
We boiled them with rice bran in order to take out the bamboo shoot's bitterness.
The day we have got many bamboo shoots , we ate bamboo shoots rice , bamboo shoots miso soup , boiled bamboo shoots with sea vegetable, all foods were made of bamboo shoots.
Fresh seasonal vegetable has the best taste!
We really appreciate our friend who has vast bamboo grove.
