葛布（くずふ）工房の女将です。自然布を通して美しく豊かに生きる人の輪を広げる活動をしています。 I am a mistress of Ooigawa kudzu-fu weaving studio . I am trying to expand the circle of people who can live wealthy beautifully with bast fibre clothes.
自己紹介文
大井川葛布おかみの部屋へようこそ。
私は静岡県遠州地方で葛布を制作する工房の女将です。
葛布は山形のしな布、沖縄の芭蕉布と並んで、日本三大古布と称される古くて新しい神秘の布です。
私は義父の死をきっかけにこの仕事を主人とともに継ぎ、染織について全く無知なままスタートしました。
素材に導かれるまま無我夢中で試行錯誤するうちに、１5年がすぎました。
自然布は、作るのにとほうもない時間がかかり、産業社会には適さないので、徐々に廃れ忘れさられていきました。しかし、今大きな社会変革の波がおこっています。ようやく自然布は、現代に生きる人々に貢献できる時を迎えました。自然布には、心を浄化し生活を美しく豊かにする力があります。
Welcome to the chamber of the mistress of Ooigawa kudzu-fu weaving studio.
Kudzu-fu is one of the most excellent ancient clothes.
I succeed to this work when my step father was died.
At the beginning of the work I had no knowledge nor experience.
About 15 years has passed since the day I begun to start this job.
Now the time has come that kudzu-fu clothes can contribute people to live wealthy beautifully with natural bast fibre clothes.
I will introduce you our activities and idea on this blog.
